Description
Kora So Far is a stunning compilation cd from Ravi, internationally known as a leading figure in World Music (a term he apparently disaproves of as being too general). Although his main instrument is the Kora, Ravi is truely a multi instrumentalist and has collabarated with musicians as diverse as Nigel Kennedy, Daevid Allen from Gong, and many of the leading Indian classical musicians.
Many of the tracks featured were recorded live in the studio and extends to over 70 minutes of 'atmospheric, gentle and spellbinding' (Folk Roots Magazine) music.
