For us, the marvellous Red has been Black Uhuru's finest hour. Sharp, catchy and militant sound and lyrics. Production is by Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare (and don't you just know they are providing the rhythm section as well) and Island Records boss Chris Blackwell.
The 3 vocalists combine to make a glorious sound. Top record.
