Description
Cor Cochion Caerdydd (Cardiff Reds Choir) was formed in 1983 when events in Chile, South Africa and at home in Wales demanded that voices were raised up in protest.
Since then they have raised many thousands of pounds singing on the streets of Wales, on picket lines, protests and at concerts.
They sing a wide range of acappella songs from around the world, from traditional song through to modern songs of rebellion and protest.
The Best Of cd contains songs from their first 6 cassettes with the first track Mandela featuring a certain Billy Bragg, and all these recordings were conducted by John Abraham.
