Description
First of the four CDs the mighty Mott The Hoople recorded on Island Records, originally recorded in 1969 and now re-released with 2 bonus tracks.
Produced by Guy Stevens (who later would produce London’s Calling by The Clash) Mott The Hoople went into the studio after just 11 days rehearsing together and never having played live.
The result stood them in good stead and showed the early promise of this influential band.
