Splendid release from Market Square Records featuring the late and very great Alan Hull live, and in good form.

A solo and acoustic performance recorded at the Clifton Polytechnic, Nottingham in 1975 with a top mix of songs from the early Lindisfarne days (Fog on The Tyne, Lady Eleanor) to his then more recent solo songs (Squire, Dan The Plan).

Listening to this album reminds you what a great and tragic loss his early death was and just what an excellent singer, songwriter and performer he was.

Truly, one of the best.
